One of our remote-working Title Processors, Taylor enjoys going to the gym with her husband, game nights with family, and reading all the way from Texas! Her favorite part of working at Clear Title & Escrow is knowing that she is helping people find their forever homes and/or move on to bigger and better things. As a newlywed, she daydreams often about building her own family and legacy on a large piece of land. Someday she and her family will end up on the farm raising their kids and enjoying a joyful life outdoors.

When I’m not finalizing deals, I’m enjoying this blessed life with my husband, our adventurous 4-year-old, and our two loving dogs. We love spending our free time on the water—boating, paddleboarding, or just soaking up the sunshine—making the most of the coastal lifestyle we call home.

Paco has been an Escrow Officer for over ten years in the Panama City area. A Wisconsin native and Florida transplant, Paco is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies. He began his professional career in mortgage lending and transitioned into the real estate title insurance field in 2011. Paco has built strong relationships with people in the community and is a great asset to our growing team. Paco strives to bring his knowledge and communication skills to every customer, making the closing process as easy and seamless as possible.
Jodi Kinard McKelvin

Jodi Kinard McKelvin is a Panama City native who returned home after a long legal career in Birmingham, AL. After attending law school at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where she was an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and a Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow, she practiced for over 20 years working on a variety of complex litigation involving pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, environmental damage, and antitrust violations. Jodi lives in Lynn Haven with her husband and has two children who work and attend college in Birmingham. They are happy to be back near family, friends, and the beach, and we are excited to have Jodi on our team.

Kristi is a former Texan, born in Dallas, Texas, where her title career began in 2003. As a child, she went on family beach vacations and always said she’d live at the beach one day. In 2016, she decided to move to the Florida Panhandle with her son and daughter. A few years later, she got engaged and extended her family of 3 to a family of 8! In her spare time, she enjoys the gym, sunsets, family beach days, hunting with her dad, and traveling.
