Growing up in a Real Estate home, Bridgett knows what it takes to provide the best service possible to buyers and sellers. Having also worked in the medical field assisting physicians and nurses for years, Bridgett brings a tremendous work ethic, a detailed eye to the Real Estate field, and a heart for the wellbeing of others. She has a special love for the arts, gardening, and outdoor activities that abound on Florida's Gulf Coast.

Born in the Texas Panhandle, Taylor couldn’t get to the beach fast enough. She loves all things water, salt, and sand. Taylor is currently attending FSU and completing her general studies. She hopes her education will allow her to better herself in all that she puts her mind to. She is excited about what the future holds. She possesses a mighty passion for people and making everything around her better. Taylor has been a part of our team since May and we are thrilled to have her on our team.

Paco Schulz

Paco has been an Escrow Officer for over ten years in the Panama City area. A Wisconsin native and Florida transplant, Paco is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies. He began his professional career in mortgage lending and transitioned into the real estate title insurance field in 2011. Paco has built strong relationships with people in the community and is a great asset to our growing team. Paco strives to bring his knowledge and communication skills to every customer, making the closing process as easy and seamless as possible.

Zhanna Elliott

Zhanna is a results-oriented professional with a finance, economics, and banking degree, as well as a licensed Title Agent and Notary Public. With 15 years of banking experience, Zhanna’s ability to explain and clarify the issues related to title services, as well as her experience in disbursement in accordance with set policies and standards, makes her a great addition to our team.

Originating from the scenic town of Apalachicola, FL, Wes began his professional career with 6 years in banking before transitioning to Real Estate title. His Apalachicola upbringing instills a sense of community spirit into his work, adding a personal touch to his professional journey. Beyond the intricacies of finance and title, Wes is a devoted dog parent who seeks thrill and inner peace in the great outdoors.

Jodi Kinard McKelvin

Jodi Kinard McKelvin is a Panama City native who returned home after a long legal career in Birmingham, AL. After attending law school at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where she was an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and a Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow, she practiced for over 20 years working on a variety of complex litigation involving pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, environmental damage, and antitrust violations. Jodi lives in Lynn Haven with her husband and has two children who work and attend college in Birmingham. They are happy to be back near family, friends, and the beach, and we are excited to have Jodi on our team.

Kristi is a former Texan, born in Dallas, Texas, where her title career began in 2003. As a child, she went on family beach vacations and always said she’d live at the beach one day. In 2016, she decided to move to the Florida Panhandle with her son and daughter. A few years later, she got engaged and extended her family of 3 to a family of 8! In her spare time, she enjoys the gym, sunsets, family beach days, hunting with her dad, and traveling.

Sheri Hundley

Sheri has been working as a Real Estate closer for over 30 years. Sheri was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, and currently lives in Freeport, Florida. Sheri loves living in the Florida Panhandle and enjoys nature trails and traveling. She spent 14 years in Knoxville, Tennessee, before returning to the Florida Panhandle six years ago. She is married to Walter Hundley and has a daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons who live in Niceville, Florida.
